Welcome to Charpulls TCG. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and readable — if anything’s unclear, ask us.

Who can use Charpulls TCG

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Some features — such as trading with other collectors — may require you to be 18 or older, and we’ll make that clear where it applies.

Your account

• You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Keep your sign-in secure, and let us know if you suspect misuse.
• One account per person; don’t impersonate someone else.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• Break the law or use the app to harm or harass others.
• Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious content or try to bypass security.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (your profile, notes, and collection data). By posting it, you grant us permission to store and display it as needed to run the features you’ve enabled — for example, showing your public profile when you’ve chosen to make it visible.

Trades and messaging

When you trade with another collector, you can message them in the trade to arrange details like shipping. Those messages are stored encrypted at rest, and they are not end-to-end encrypted: our team may review a trade’s messages when needed to resolve a dispute or a report, or to keep the community safe. Please share only the information a trade actually needs, and treat another collector’s details with the same care.

Collection & pricing data

Card data and market prices are sourced from third parties and shown for informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and they are not financial advice or an offer to buy or sell. Always do your own research before making a purchase or trade.

Pokémon intellectual property

Charpulls TCG is an independent, fan-built tool for collectors. Pokémon and all related names, logos, and card images are trademarks and copyrights of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies. If you’re a rights holder with a concern, please contact us.

Third-party platforms

We sometimes name other platforms and services — for example, when a feature can read a file exported from the TCGplayer app. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners; we use them only to describe compatibility, and such mentions imply no affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship in either direction.

Features still in progress

Parts of the app — the shop, trading, group breaks, and others — are still being built and are offered “as available.” Additional terms may apply to specific features (such as purchases or trades) when they launch.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Charpulls TCG won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using Charpulls TCG and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Changes to these terms

As the product grows, these terms will be updated. When they change meaningfully, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
