Build Your Base Set the Way You Collect!

This is our inaugural "Behind the Build" post. Recently I've been hard at work on a few different spots.

For our OGs, the WOTC-era cards you know so well, I wanted to give them some special treatment. The kind they actually deserve. So rather than keeping the "Base, Master, Grandmaster" tiers, I overhauled it a bit and gave them collection tiers that actually match how we collect them.

Using Base Set as an example, you've got a few different printings: 1st Edition (shadowless), Shadowless, and Unlimited. Now it's possible to complete a master set of any one of them, or any combination you like.

In the picture above, you'll notice there are multiple completion trackers. The one you select changes which cards are shown. Those options are:

• Hits Only - Only the holographic cards.
• Base Set - Any one printing of each card.
• Unlimited - The final printing of the original Base Set. Not first edition, not shadowless.
• Shadowless - A completion tier for tracking a complete Shadowless master set.
• 1st Edition - A completion tier for tracking a complete 1st Edition master set.
• Grandmaster - A completion tier for those of you trying to capture them all, who want a copy of every type.

You can also filter the view by all cards, only the cards you own, or only the ones you're missing.
